Welcome to Pucky Universe! By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Condition
All items are brand new and unopened, unless otherwise stated.

Note: Scratches on the outer plastic shell of the hanging card are considered normal due to manufacturing and packaging processes. Please do not place an order if you mind this.

2. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 10–15 business days after payment confirmation.
All items are carefully packed using bubble wrap or protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping times vary by destination and courier service. Tracking information will be provided when available.

3. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for minor cosmetic imperfections such as packaging scratches or dents.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

4. Payments
We accept major payment methods including credit cards, Alipay, and local payment gateways.
All prices are listed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars).

Estimated taxes will be displayed at checkout. If there are any additional charges after shipping, we will contact you to arrange for the extra payment.

5. Limited Editions & Pre-orders
Limited edition and pre-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order is placed.
Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders are subject to change based on manufacturer or supplier timelines.

6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, and branding belong to their respective creators and licensors. Pucky Universe does not claim ownership unless otherwise stated.
