Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 10–15 business days after payment confirmation.
All items are carefully packed using bubble wrap or protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping times vary by destination and courier service. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping fees will be shown at checkout. For orders within Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China, shipping is freight collect (cash on delivery).

If you choose to use a forwarding warehouse, please ensure that it can pay the shipping charges on your behalf. We do not provide any assistance for deliveries to forwarding warehouses; kindly liaise directly with the warehouse for arrangements.
